Raghavendra Hegde joined Everstone in 2008. He is an experienced lawyer skilled in negotiation, risk management, litigation, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital. Raghavendra has over 19 years’ experience in legal, corporate secretarial and compliance. Previously he has worked with leading organizations such as JP Morgan Chase, Deutsche Software, HCL Technologies, Sasken Communication and Mphasis. Raghavendra holds a Bachelor of Law from Bangalore University and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
