Nitin Motwani Bio

Nitin Motwani joined Everstone Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd in 2017 as Executive Director in Mumbai. He is responsible for thematic strategies and operational improvements for Everstone’s portfolio companies. Before joining Everstone, Nitin has worked across various sectors such as food & beverage, oil & gas, real estate, and hotels in various capacities including Group CFO over last 20 years. His last stint was ED & CEO of a group owning businesses in the segment of luxury living, apparel and dining. He has worked with reputed organizations such as PwC, Deloitte, Baker Hughes, Badasaab & KA Hospitality. He holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, as well as a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
