Maria Woodman Bio

As Senior Vice President, Innovation & Commercialization, Ms. Woodman is focused on creating opportunities for collaboration between EIP’s portfolio companies and partners. Most recently, she was a Principal at ADL Ventures, a boutique consulting firm focused on developing internal innovation capacity at companies in the utilities, construction, and manufacturing sectors. Maria began her career at EnerNOC, a leading demand response provider, where she held a variety of roles in marketing, business development, and product management during her tenure. While at EnerNOC, she led the execution of strategic partnerships with SunPower and Tesla, as well as supported EnerNOC’s forays into multiple domestic and international markets through the execution of new demand response contracts with utilities and system operators. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from New York University.
