Ivica Krolo is partner / CFO at EMH. He is a member of the Investment Committee and responsible for the areas of finance, tax, legal and corporate administration. Before EMH Partners, he was an auditor and manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on auditing and advising listed and medium-sized companies. Ivica has an MA in Auditing, Finance and Taxation from the Universities of Applied Sciences in Münster and Osnabrück and is a tax consultant and auditor (currently dormant).
