John Richards Bio

John started his career in the corporate department of Macfarlanes in London, where he was involved in numerous private equity, mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions before leaving to establish and run an IT consultancy. John is a practicing solicitor, holds board positions in a number of companies and has considerable experience of corporate law and operations.
