Thibaut founded Elaïs Capital in 2013 after being a partner with Atria Capital Partenaires (2000-2011) where he worked on 11 investments and 15 build-up transactions. Previously, he was an Executive Director at Warburgs (1997-2000) and co-founded Pechel Industries (1994-1997). Thibaut started his career with MM. Worms & Cie (1988-1994). Thibaut is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and holds an MBA from the Wharton School. Thibaut sits on the boards of France Elévateur, SBD and Sunaero, and was previously a board member of CS Dermatologie, Eurodatacar, Ionisos, LPR, Métal Déployé, Parcours, Rivard and Trigo.
