Max Harris Bio

Max Harris joined EIV Capital in 2015 and currently serves as a Director. Previously, Max worked as an energy private equity associate at Riverstone Holdings, where he focused on capital investments within the upstream, midstream, and power generation sectors of the energy value chain. His responsibilities included evaluation of new investments, portfolio company monitoring, industry research, transaction structuring, and execution. Prior to Riverstone, Max served as an investment banking analyst in the Natural Resources Group of Barclays, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions and capital market transactions for companies involved in the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry.
