M. Elizabeth Spruill Bio

M. Elizabeth Spruill (“Liz”) joined EIV Capital in 2016 and currently serves as a Vice President. Liz previously worked as an investment banking analyst and associate in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Oil & Gas Group, where she focused on the midstream, upstream and oilfield services sectors of the oil and gas industry. Her responsibilities included performing detailed company valuations, financial modeling, industry research, transaction structuring, and execution. There, she worked on a number of mergers and acquisitions, as well as debt and equity capital raises for both privately held and publicly traded organizations.
