Marc Rhodes Bio

Mr. Rhodes is a Vice President and EIG’s Senior Tax Manager. Prior to joining EIG in 2017, he spent ten years as a tax consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he most recently focused on technical aspects of partnership transactions as part of the firm’s national M&A practice. Prior to that, he advised alternative investment and other privately held clients on a broad range of tax consulting and compliance issues. Mr. Rhodes is a licensed CPA and holds a B.A. in Chemistry and Economics and a Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
