Kathleen Turner Bio

Ms. Turner is a Vice President and Associate Counsel of EIG. Prior to joining EIG in 2017, Ms. Turner was an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Vinson & Elkins LLP in Houston, Texas, where she represented private equity sponsors and public and private company clients in complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, leveraged buyouts and corporate restructuring matters, with a particular emphasis on transactions in the energy sector. Ms. Turner received a B.A. in History and Government from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center. Ms. Turner is proficient in Spanish.
