Jason Mauk Bio

Mr. Mauk is a Senior Vice President and EIG’s Valuation Director. Prior to Joining EIG in 2017, Mr. Mauk was a Vice President in the Corporate Advisory group at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, focused on oil & gas event-driven financing. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking & Markets Group at the Royal Bank of Scotland focused on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions. With over 10 years in both investment and corporate banking, he is experienced in a wide variety of energy sub-sectors. Mr. Mauk holds a dual B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University.
