Clay Taylor Bio

Mr. Taylor is a Managing Director and a senior member of the Houston-based oil and gas investment team. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Taylor was a Vice President with Wells Fargo Energy Capital where he was responsible for originating and structuring mezzanine and equity financings for oil and gas, midstream and service companies. Earlier, he spent two years with Bank of America's Energy Finance Group. Mr. Taylor received his B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University and M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
