Michael Struble Bio

Mr. Struble joined EagleTree Capital’s predecessor firm Wasserstein & Co. in 2003. Prior to Wasserstein & Co., Mr. Struble worked at UBS in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, where he worked on media, consumer products and healthcare transactions. Mr. Struble helps lead EagleTree’s investment activities in the media and business services sector and is a member of EagleTree’s Investment Committee. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of ALM Media, Arc, The Channel Company, Moss, Northstar Travel Group, Pitch Black, PRA, and Sparks. He previously served on the Boards of Directors of FROSCH, New York Media, Penton Media, and Recorded Books. Mr. Struble received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
