Tom Dundon Bio

Founding Dundon Capital Partners in 2015, Tom leads the firm as Chairman and Managing Partner. With over 20 years of experience as an operator and investor across a range of industries, Tom seeks to partner with best-in-class companies and management teams. Prior to launching DCP, Tom served as Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Santander Consumer USA, a publicly-traded automotive and consumer financing company. Tom is a highly-noted entrepreneur with business interests across the financial services, technology, hospitality, entertainment, energy and real estate sectors, and currently also serves a Co-Chairman of Topgolf, a director of OTO Development and the Trinity Forest Golf Club. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
