Matthew has led the Dorilton team since inception in 2009 and is Chairman of all of Dorilton’s portfolio companies. Prior to founding Dorilton Capital, Matthew was with Rothschild for 22 years in both London and New York advising various clients regarding M&A and restructuring transactions. Matthew has a BA from Oxford University where he studied Physics and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He lives with his wife and two boys in Manhattan.
