Ryan Tanaka Bio

Ryan Tanaka is a Principal with Diversis Capital and is responsible for transaction evaluation, negotiation and execution, and working with portfolio companies to identify and implement operational improvements. Ryan sits on the boards of Marketron, Tempo, and FORM. Prior to Diversis, Ryan was previously with the Gores Group and Credit Suisse. Prior to his career in finance, he was a software executive, consultant and entrepreneur. Ryan graduated with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. In his free time, Ryan enjoys SCUBA diving, basketball and spending time with his family.
