Joseph Lok Bio

Joseph Lok is a founding member and Principal with Diversis Capital. He is responsible for transaction evaluation and execution, and working with portfolio companies to identify and implement operational improvements. He is also responsible for managing relationships and capital markets activities with debt capital providers. Joseph sits on the boards of Adlib, Black Box Intelligence, RFi Group, PureCars and Caligor Coghlan Pharma Services and was actively involved with Diversis' investments in ArrowStream and Blue Software. Prior to Diversis, Joseph worked at Ares Management, Moelis & Company and Jefferies. Joseph graduated with a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He was also a four-year starting member of the varsity tennis team. In his free time, Joseph enjoys playing tennis, hiking and traveling.
