Grace Tan Bio

Grace Tan is the Chief Investment Officer of Dignari Capital Partners and is responsible for all investment related activities of the firm. She also chairs the Investment Committee, where all investment decisions are reviewed and approved. Prior to founding Dignari Capital Partners, Ms. Tan was with Asia Debt Management Hong Kong Limited, where she was a Partner, Head of China and a member of the Investment Committee. There she spent 14 years specializing in special situations and credit related investments, primarily in the Asia region. Previously, Ms. Tan was the Head of Regional Derivative Trading at HSBC. In addition, Ms. Tan has also worked as a derivative and fixed income trader at Republic National Bank of New York, a money market trader at Bank of America and an auditing manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Ms. Tan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Commerce from the University of Toronto. She is also a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada.
