Rob Scaramella Bio

Rob Scaramella has 15 years of private equity and investment banking experience. Mr. Scaramella was most recently a Founder and General Partner of The Hudson+East Partnership, a private investment firm primarily representing the interests of a Forbes 400 family office. During this period, Mr. Scaramella made and managed nine portfolio investments and numerous ancillary transactions spanning lower and middle-market private equity, special situations, structured debt, and equity financings, and real estate. Prior to founding Hudson+East, Mr. Scaramella was Managing Director of Ingleside Advisors, the Registered Investment Advisor of a New York-based single-family office, with responsibility for direct private equity investments. Previously, Mr. Scaramella was a Principal at The Yucaipa Companies, a multi-billion dollar private equity firm, in both Los Angeles and New York, where he focused primarily on middle and large-cap buyouts in the consumer, retail, industrial, logistics, and hospitality industries.
