Michael Rakiter Bio

Michael Rakiter has more than 11 years of private equity, investment banking, and consulting experience. Prior to joining Delos, Mr. Rakiter was a member of Rothschild’s Restructuring Group, where he advised debtors, creditors, and private equity sponsors on a variety of restructuring and M&A transactions. Previously, Mr. Rakiter worked at Cerberus Capital Management, where he focused on middle and large market private equity, distressed, and special situation opportunities, with a focus on manufacturing, business services, and consumer sectors.
