Giuliano Palazzo Bio

Giuliano joined DeA in September 2020. Giuliano has nearly 20 years of experience in Principal Investing and M&A. Before joining DeA Capital, Giuliano was Managing Partner of VAM Investments Group, an independent Private Equity firm where in 5 years he realized several successful transactions. Giuliano started his career in International Investment Banking with leading financial institutions (Banque Indosuez, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, JP Morgan) working on M&A transactions with private equity funds and large corporations Afterwards he moved to Principal Investing in renewable infrastructures as Partner of Absolute Energy-Deutsche Bank. He graduated with honors in Civil Engineering with specialization courses in finance (Insead).
