Matt Kidd is a Managing Director of CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC and is responsible for originating, analyzing, and structuring equity and debt investment opportunities for the firm’s various investment funds. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kidd was employed as Vice President with Rockpoint Land, LLC, the land development affiliate of the Rockpoint Group, LLC, where he participated in analyzing and structuring new acquisitions and assisted in managing the firm’s portfolio. Previously, Mr. Kidd worked in Wachovia Securities’ Real Estate Investment Banking Group, where he executed a broad range of capital raising and financial advisory transactions. Mr. Kidd received a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia
