Justin Bain Bio

Justin Bain is a Director of CrossHarbor Capital Partners responsible for origination, analysis, and management of the firm’s investments, currently focused on various resort development projects. Before joining CrossHarbor in 2014, Mr. Bain spent two years in the Acquisitions group of AEW Capital Management in Boston, where he was an Assistant Vice President focused on structuring and originating new investments for the firm’s commingled core and value-add funds and separate accounts. Prior to this, he spent three years with CBRE Strategic Consulting in San Francisco as an advisor to real estate investors, lenders, and developers. Mr. Bain earned his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and also holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
