Mark Barbeau Bio

Mark is a Partner and founder of CR3 Capital. He is responsible for origination efforts and is actively involved in the acquisition process. Mark is a member of the firm's investment committee. ​ Mark has over 30 years of experience in working with operationally and financially distressed companies as a turnaround manager, advisor and private equity investor. Prior to forming CR3 Capital, Mark was a founding member of CR3 Partners, a national turnaround and performance improvement firm. Previously, Mark was a founder and Partner at Renovo Capital, a lower middle market special situations private equity fund. ​ Mark's prior experience includes, Managing Partner of CRG Partners Group, where he led and managed the firm's private equity portfolio. Earlier he was a Founding Principal and member of the Executive Committee of Xroads Solutions Group. Mark holds a MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BA in Journalism from the University of Missouri.
