Matthew Grossman Bio

Matt joined Convergent in May 2002. He is responsible for managing operations from our main office in Minneapolis and also charged with originating, structuring, and managing debt and equity investments related to leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and growth capital financing nationwide. Prior to joining Convergent, Matt was a member of Piper Jaffray's Middle Market Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking Group where he worked on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, equity offerings, debt restructurings and valuations across a wide range of industries. Matt graduated cum laude from the University of St. Thomas with a BS in Finance and an Economics minor.
