Roger Bruce Bio

Roger brings more than 20 years of operational execution and project management experience to Connexus Partners. He is currently Financial Systems Manager for Oakley. Before Oakley, Roger was Vice President of Global Delivery for Silicon Space. Under his leadership, Silicon Space expanded its offerings and grew its outsourcing business. Prior to Silicon Space, Roger was Vice President of Application Outsourcing for Nasoft, where he was responsible for opening and managing software and BPO centers in Mexico and India. Roger held various management positions in the financial, manufacturing, and high-tech industries focusing on execution and delivery. Roger has also managed multiple mission critical projects for large organizations such as Oakley, Wells Fargo, First America, Disney, Televisa, Infosel, and TerraLycos. Roger holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, and a M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine Paul Merage School of Business. Roger also holds Project Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Six-Sigma certifications.
