Stephen Kelly Bio

Prior to joining Cohesive in 2017, Mr. Kelly was an Analyst at Outcome Capital, a boutique merchant bank in the Washington D.C. area. There, he advised the firm’s clients, primarily in the Government Services and Technology sectors and aided in the management of the firm’s private equity investments in its two funds. Mr. Kelly received a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with a concentration in Finance.
