Kim Rems Bio

Prior to Cohesive, Ms. Rems spent seven years as a Vice President at Oaktree Capital during which time she was responsible for the fund accounting of the Infrastructure Funds. Prior to Oaktree, Ms. Rems spent 5 years as a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Private Equity & Real Estate Fund Administration as well as four years at Ernst & Young. Ms. Rems received her B.B.A. in Accounting from James Madison University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
