Michael Murphy Bio

Michael is a corporate lawyer with over 30 years experience in transactions in the UK and abroad. A first class honours graduate of Glasgow University, he was formerly managing partner of one of Scotland’s largest independent law firms, before leaving to establish his own successful corporate practice, Omnium Law, in 2014. Having led the legal work on all Clyde Blowers’ early acquisitions with Jim McColl, he now returns to the team as General Counsel for the next stage of growth.
