Matt is a Managing Director at Closed Loop Partners. He was previously Partner & Chief Financial Officer at Greycroft, a seed-to-growth venture capital firm. Prior to joining Greycroft, Matt was Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Vault.com and its holding company. Before Vault.com, Matt was an investing associate at Columbus Nova where he underwrote and managed investments in alternative debt and real estate assets. Prior to Columbus Nova, he was a senior associate with PwC in both their Transaction Services and Assurance groups. He began his career at GE Global Exchange Services in the company’s Financial Management Program. ​ Matt graduated from Wake Forest University with a BA in Economics. He also holds an MS in Accountancy from the College of Charleston, is a CFA charterholder, and is a licensed CPA.
