Paul Caliento Bio

Paul joined Clearview in 2006 from Flackman, Goodman & Potter, PA, a regional audit, tax and consulting firm, where he was the lead partner in charge of M&A Transaction Advisory Services.Over the last eight years, Paul directed the accounting and tax due diligence in more than 100 acquisitions and divestitures and provided business consulting services in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, distribution, health care and business-to-business services. Paul is a CPA and graduated with a BA in accounting and marketing from the University of Rhode Island.
