Scott Veazey Bio

Scott is a Vice President at Clearhaven Partners where he develops and pursues investment theses, leads due diligence on new investments and works closely with Clearhaven's portfolio companies. Scott joined the team in 2020 with a decade of M&A and direct investment experience. ​ Prior to joining Clearhaven, Scott was a Vice President at BV Investment Partners, where he focused on both majority and minority investments in software and technology-driven businesses. Prior to BV, Scott was a member of the leveraged buyout team at H.I.G. Capital Partners – a global private equity firm focused on control investments in the middle market. Scott began his career in M&A at Barclays Capital in New York.
