Baxter Jackson Bio

Baxter joins as the Director of Business Development at Claritas where he will work across Private Equity, Private Credit and Real Estate platforms on investments and investor relationships. Prior to Claritas, Baxter spent eight years in the insurance industry. Most recently, Baxter was an Insurance Broker working with Real Estate & Multi-Family clients. He began his career at the Nashville-based insurance MGA, Velocity Risk Underwriters. At Velocity, he was a Sales Executive focused primarily on National Account relationships across multiple states. Baxter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Mississippi. As a Nashville native, he is also an ambassador for Cumberland Heights and is actively involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. In his free time, Baxter is an avid golfer, hunter, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
