Neil Frizzell Bio

Neil has successfully transitioned from providing client counsel as a corporate lawyer with a major Canadian law firm to advising and providing executive leadership to a diverse group of businesses and private equity firms during the past twenty years. Mr. Frizzell holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary, a Master of Business Administration degree (with Distinction) from Thunderbird School of Global Management and an LL.B. degree (with Distinction) from the University of Alberta and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta.
