Sameer Mathur Bio

Sameer oversees new potential investments and manages portfolio companies across a variety of healthcare services subsegments. While building partnerships with founders, he brings nearly two decades of experience approaching healthcare, lower middle markets and operational investing with theses-driven strategies that help identify opportunistic markets ripe for growth. He manages portfolio companies across a variety of healthcare services subsegments and serves on Boards of Directors for several CPF portfolio companies. Prior to joining CPF, Sameer focused on middle market healthcare services investments as a Vice President at Palladium Equity Partners, a Vice President at DW Healthcare Partners and as an Associate at Francisco Partners. He began his career at Bain & Company in Chicago. He holds a B.S. from Northwestern University.
