John Lammers Bio

John has supported nine CPF portfolio companies via add-on acquisitions, strategic initiatives and management team build-outs that have helped founders expand their services and grow their businesses. Prior to joining CPF, he was an Associate at Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company, a middle market private equity fund. John began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Piper Sandler. He holds a B.S. from Indiana University-Bloomington and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
