John is also a Managing Partner and Board Member at Impact Advisors and has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry specializing in hospital operations improvement and turnaround consulting as well as provider revenue cycle BPO services. He has a long track record of success growing both service offerings and associates and creating high-performing practices. He currently leads Impact Advisors Strategy & Operations practice. John has a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Health Administration from the University of Chicago.
