Lauranne Jarrett Bio

Ms. Lauranne Jarrett is the CFO at CenterGate Capital. Lauranne has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting in industry and private equity with a focus on managing high-growth companies. Prior to joining CenterGate, she served as Managing General Partner and CFO of G-51 Capital, a venture capital firm investing in technology companies across the US. She was involved in fund reporting and investor relations and in all aspects of the deal review and investment process including due diligence, deal structuring, financing, implementing of post-closing strategies which included portfolio roles and serving as a BOD member. Before G-51 Capital, Lauranne was CFO of NLynx Systems, Inc. a multinational software and hardware manufacturer of network and communication products and served a key role in completing and integrating 5 mergers and acquisitions. Prior to NLynx Systems, Lauranne was Senior Accountant at Wheeler and Co, LLP, a professional services firm where she focused on retail, automotive and services industries. Earlier to Wheeler and Co, LLP, she was an Advanced Accounting Staff at Ernst and Young serving multinational companies in the banking and energy industries. Lauranne holds her CPA license from the State of Texas and received an B.B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Texas Red McCombs School of Business.
