Mr. Riley is a Managing Director of Catalyst Capital Group Inc. (CCGI). Prior to joining CCGI in 2011, Mr. Riley was a Partner and Co-Chair of the Banking and Finance Law Group at Goodmans LLP. Prior to joining Goodmans LLP, Mr. Riley was a founding partner of the Toronto office of Ogilvy Renault (now Norton Rose Fulbright Canada) in 1996 and prior to that was a Partner at Stikeman Elliott LLP. Mr. Riley holds a Master of Laws degree from Harvard University and a law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto.
