R.W.O. (Rolf) Metz (MSc) studied Business Administration at Nijenrode. He later gained experience at NIBC Bank NV (De Nationale Investeringsbank NV), a Dutch merchant bank specialized in long-term business loans. He joined Écart Invest as an Investment Manager in 2000. In 2006 he was appointed as Director of Écart. Rolf Metz has been a member of the Board of the Dutch Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (NVP) for ten years.
