Matt Kelly Bio

Mr. Kelly is a Principal of Carnelian Energy Capital Management, L.P., where he focuses on transaction due diligence, analytics and execution, and monitoring active portfolio investments. Prior to joining Carnelian, Mr. Kelly was an analyst in the Energy & Power Investment Banking Group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he gained experience working on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets financings, and strategic advisory assignments for clients across the upstream, midstream, and oilfield services sectors. Mr. Kelly grew up in Houston, Texas, and received a B.B.A. and an M.P.A. in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
