Louise has over 6 years of experience in the finance industry. Prior to joining CAPZA in 2021, Louise was an Investment Manager at Ardian Growth, which she joined in 2017 as an Associate. Louise started her career at Deloitte, in the M&A Transaction Services department. Louise graduated from ESSEC Business School, and she holds a Master’s degree in Management Sciences, specialising in Corporate Finance.
