MBTI certified since 2015, Jessy has developed a real appetite for topics related to the development of potentials in organizations. Before joining CAPZA, she spent 9 years at Covivio where she successively held the positions of Human Resources Manager, Competency Development Manager and HR Business Partner. This career path allowed her to develop her operational and strategic vision of HR. Jessy joined CAPZA in June 2020 as Head of Human Resources and entered the Executive Committee of CAPZA in 2021. She holds a Master’s degree in HR Management in multinational firms from IAE Gustave Eiffel.
