Guillaume gained a first experience in Private Equity at European Capital. He joined CAPZA in 2008. Guillaume graduated from ESSEC in finance and from the Private Equity Chair in 2007. Until 2021, Guillaume was a Partner in Private Debt at CAPZA where he had a leading role in originating, executing and monitoring Private Debt investments, overseeing an investment team of 13 people. He was instrumental in building the Capza Private Debt franchise, which has become the reference partner of top tier European private equity sponsors for mid-market financing. He has originated and executed dozens of transactions over the past 5 years. Guillaume has built a strong franchise a deep expertise in Healthcare and Tech with deals such as Marle, Intech, Acteon or I@D. He was also actively involved in the fund-raising process of the private debt strategy, which has grown from €900M for the 2017 vintage to €1.5Bn for the 2019 vintage, with a strong diversification of the LP base.
