Sharad Bhargava Bio

Sharad is a Principal on the Clean Energy team and a member of our Responsible Investment Committee – Truly Invested® in Diversity & Inclusion (“D&I”). He has over 8 years of direct power and infrastructure investment and financing experience spanning both the European and North American markets. Prior to joining Capital Dynamics, he spent three years at Morgan Stanley working in their Global Power & Utilities Group and Loan Products Group. There he worked across advisory, corporate finance (debt and equity financing), and M&A transactions in the global power and renewables sectors in addition to working on a variety of loan financings for transactions ranging from investment grade acquisitions to leveraged buyouts. Sharad has a bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
