Matthew is a Managing Director on the Private Credit team. Matthew joined from Fifth Street Asset Management, where he led the origination, underwriting and portfolio management of over USD 2 billion of private equity-backed private debt investments. Prior to joining Fifth Street, Matthew worked in the Financial Sponsors coverage groups at both Antares Capital and CIT for over seven years, where he underwrote a variety of leveraged buyout and recapitalization transactions across all industries and capital structures. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in Economics from New York University.
