Manjia Guan Bio

Manjia Guan is a Senior Director and Head of Primaries Asia. She has over 15 years of private equity and corporate banking experience and has been working with Capital Dynamics since 2005. She leads the primary fund investments out of the Hong Kong office and has invested in more than 45 private equity funds across the Asia Pacific region since 2008. She also works closely with the Secondaries and Co-investment teams on investment opportunities in Asia. Earlier in her career, she worked at the Agricultural Bank of China carrying out corporate banking projects for institutional clients. Manjia holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Jinan University, China and a master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham, UK. She also holds the professional designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
