Mike Leader Bio

Mike leads our Investment Operations team and is responsible for overseeing and managing overall risk as it relates to operations, and to identify sustainable and scalable process-enhancement solutions that support growth of the Fund. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2021, Mike worked for TD Securities in a variety of roles across operations, risk and finance where he most recently led a global team of operations professionals supporting the Fixed Income and Funding businesses. Before that, he worked as a management consultant at Deloitte in the Strategy & Operations practice and in risk management at BMO Financial Group. Mike holds a BS (Hons) in Statistics from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.
