Paul Barry Bio

Paul Barry joined Calcium Capital in February 2023, bringing to the team his more than 20 years of experience, the majority of which as an investor after a first part of his career as an investment banker. Paul previously spent 7 years at Intermediate Capital Group ("ICG") in Paris where he was Managing Director, in the large cap activity and then as head of the mid cap activity for France , with a generalist positioning, for minority and majority investments. Prior to ICG, he was Director of Investments at Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity, where he worked for nearly 5 years on majority investment transactions in the lower mid cap segment in France. Previously, Paul worked at Goldman Sachs in London in mergers & acquisitions and then in acquisition financing in Europe. Paul started his career in 1999 at Paribas Affaires Industrielles. He graduated from HEC.
