Kristen Haase is Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, she is responsible for the legal aspects of transaction execution for North America. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Ms. Haase worked in the mergers and acquisitions group at Davis Polk. Ms. Haase holds a Juris Doctor degree from University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of William and Mary.
